If you are interested in forming a single-member LLC to jump start your business in the state of Wisconsin, we will advise you on the structure of your LLC, prepare and file Articles of Organization with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (DFI), and draft an Operating Agreement for a flat fee of $450, not including state filing fees. Please note that this fee does not include registered-agent services, which we do not provide.

If your Wisconsin municipality has issued an unreasonable property assessment increase, we can help you challenge it and keep your property taxes down. We will prepare and file a written Notice of Objection for your property for a flat fee of $300. In some cases, there may be additional costs if an independent appraiser or contractor review is needed. We will also represent you during Open Book, the informal meeting with the assessor to discuss your property, for a flat fee of $150. Finally, we can represent you at a formal hearing before the municipal Board of Review for a flat fee of $600.

We can assist your family if your child is facing expulsion proceedings. This includes reviewing any applicable Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and representing you during IEP meetings, for a flat fee of $300. We will also represent you at a formal expulsion hearing before the school board for a flat fee of $600.

We will review your residential lease documents for leases in the state of Wisconsin and help you identify potential issue areas and recommend language improvements consistent with Wisconsin landlord-tenant law and your interests, for a flat fee of $300.
